To maintain our high standards, we are looking for a Procurement Manager who will oversee purchasing operations in both Malta and Serbia, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Serbian and English (both written and spoken)
- In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage market in both Malta and Serbia
- Strong network of suppliers and distributors in Serbia
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
- Ability to negotiate and establish long-term supplier relationships
Your Experience
- Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing in the catering or food industry
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and logistics between Serbia and Malta
- Experience in managing supplier contracts, pricing, and stock levels
- Understanding of quality control and food safety standards
Required Skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience in logistics and customs regulations
- Background in international trade or wholesale food distribution
- Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
- Ability to travel between Malta and Serbia as needed
